TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

• 1 No : 300 mm dia main drum duly hard chrome plated & grinded
• 1 No. Metering roller duly hard chrome plated & grinded
• The above 2 rollers shall be made out of steel pipes having sufficient wall thickness . 

A sliding arrangement with a coating tray & width adjusting stopper , with 3 Nos. Aluminium rollers . All the above assemblies shall be mounted on the proper frame structure along with the base 

Drying Tunnel 

• Drying Tunnel : 50 Ft Length
• Drying Tunnel made out of M.S. Fabricated.
• The 50 Ft length tunnel divided in 5 parts of 10 Ft each.
• Tunnel have sufficient no. of 3 Inch Dia Aluminum Rollers
• Web aligner 3 Nos. 3 X 0.5 HP = 1.5 HP Load
