• Working width: 1100mm
• 1st unwinder for polyester with webguide, load cell, auto tension control and pneumatic brake.
• Unwind dia for uniwinder : 1000mm.
• Corona treater for both side or single side (length 1200mm) speed upto 30mt/min.
• Nip roller with 3h.p drive
• Dip coating with tray adjustable (up & down)
• Scrapper roller assembly 2 no.
• Drying chamber 24 feet (6 feet each x 4 = 24 feet total length of chamber with oil heating radiator blower and exhaust).
• 2nd unwinder for paper with load cell auto tension control and pneumatic brake.
• 3rd unwind for paper with load cell auto tension control and pneumatic brake.
• Chilling laminating unit with pneumatic rubber roll pressure.
• Pneumatically operated lay on roll for finish rewind.
